Payment and Delivery

Bushi Eco Box - 2

The first Eco Box is paid at the time of subscription. From then on we charge every 2 months.

Your Eco Box is sent every 2 months and will reach you in 2 business days after shipping, shipping is free.

Cancel at any time without complications. The cancellation only takes effect for the following shipments, the value of the Eco Boxes already paid cannot be returned.

Bushi Eco Box - 4

The first Eco Box is paid at the time of subscription. From then on we charge every 4 months.

Your Eco Box is sent every 2 months and will reach you in 2 business days after shipping, shipping is free.

Cancel at any time without complications. The cancellation only takes effect for the following shipments, the value of the Eco Boxes already paid cannot be returned.

The first Eco Box is paid at the time of subscription. From then on we charge every 6 months.

Your Eco Box is sent every 2 months and will reach you in 2 business days after shipping, shipping is free.

Cancel at any time without complications. The cancellation only takes effect for the following shipments, the value of the Eco Boxes already paid cannot be returned.

Returns

You can return any item you purchased within 14 (fourteen) days from the day you received it. In the case of Bushi Eco Box, the article covers the entire contents of the Box, and articles cannot be returned individually.

You should contact our Customer Service to let us know how you can make the return.

The item must be shipped in its packaging and in the condition in which it was received. The costs of shipping the item to our facilities are borne by the customer.

If the item is not complete or is damaged, we reserve the right not to accept the return. In this case, the item will be returned to the customer and shipping costs will be borne by him.

Upon receipt and verification that the items are in new condition, the actual amount paid for the item will be returned, shipping excluded.

The refund method will be the same as that used when placing the order, being the same made up to 7 days after receiving the return.

Defective items

Before we send any order, all items are carefully checked to make sure that there is no defect or problem with them. However, if you receive a defective item, you must follow the returns procedure described above.

After we receive the item and if it is confirmed that it is defective, you will be contacted to choose to be refunded the full amount paid for the item or to receive a replacement item.

If the anomaly is not found, the item will be returned to the customer, in which case the shipping costs will be borne by him.
