Delivery and returns


Order deliveries are made by CTT to the address chosen by the client upon making the order.

Orders will be sent upon payment confirmation, usually within the next working day.

Upon receiving the order the client should check if the package is damaged and if necessary, open it in front of the post officer.

If the content is damaged in any way the post company is responsible, and you should present a complain to them.

Regarding the option CTT normal, due to the orders not being tracked, if the client does not receive them the responsibility lies with the post company, Bushi Eco Shop can not be held responsible in this case.

Regarding the option CTT registado, upon the order being sent the client will receive a tracking code, to track the order.

Note: For larger volume orders, we may charge an additional fee according to weight. In this event you will be notified before collecting any charge. We appreciate your understanding.


You can return any item within 14 (fourteen) days counting from the day you received your order. You should contact our Client Support to get instructions on how to make the return.

The item must be returned in its original package and in the condition it was received.

The cost of shipping the item to our facilities is supported by the client.

In case the item is incomplete or damaged, we reserve the right to not accept the return. In this event, the item(s) will be returned to the client, who has to support the shipping costs.

Upon receiving the item and confirming is in its normal state, the effective value of the item will be returned to the client, shipping costs excluded.

The reimbursement method will be the same as the order was paid, and it will be made up to 14 days upon we received the returned item(s).

Defective items

Before we send any order, all items are checked carefully to make sure there isn’t any flaw or any kind of problem with the same.

However, if you receive a defective item, you should follow the returns procedure described earlier.

After we receive the item and if we confirm it is defective, we will contact you to ask if you choose to be fully reimbursed or if you like to get a replacement.

In case the defect is not confirmed, the item will be returned to the client, who will support the cost of shipping it back.
